Refunds are available for Essentials, Growth, and Enterprise packages within the first 30 days of implementation, provided no customization work has been completed.

For fully customized programs, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

Exclusions:

Monthly subscription fees for hosting and ongoing support are non-refundable.
